Shipping & Delivery Policy

TagoAgent is a digital software subscription, not a physical product. Nothing is shipped to you. This policy explains how and when you get access to the Service after payment, instead of a traditional shipping timeline.

1. A Digital Service, Not a Physical Product

There are no physical goods, packages, or shipping involved in using TagoAgent. You do not need to provide a shipping address, and there are no shipping or delivery fees.

2. How Access Is Delivered

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Once your payment is confirmed by our payment provider (Paymob in Egypt, or Paddle internationally), access to your plan is activated on your TagoAgent account automatically — typically within a few minutes.

  • You will see your plan and usage allowance reflected in your account dashboard once activation completes.
  • You will also receive an email confirmation or receipt for your payment.
  • If payment confirmation is delayed by the payment provider, activation may take longer; we do not control how long that verification step takes.

3. Delays or Access Issues

If your payment was successful but your plan has not activated within a reasonable time, contact us with your account email and the date of payment, and we will check your status and resolve it.
